Massage therapy services are provided for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, and clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
IV wellness services are elective wellness treatments and are not intended to replace primary care or emergency medical services. All IV services are provided following appropriate assessment and safety screening and may be declined or discontinued if deemed medically inappropriate.
Results from massage therapy and IV wellness services may vary by individual. No guarantees are expressed or implied regarding outcomes.
By booking or receiving services, clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in wellness services and assume responsibility for disclosing all relevant health information, medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to treatment.
Refund Policy - the basics
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At EZIE ThriveTouch Therapy & Wellness, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and quality care, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all services.
💳 Payments & Refunds
All services are non-refundable once rendered. Due to the personalized nature of massage therapy and IV wellness services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions.
IV infusions involve medical supplies that are prepared specifically for each client; therefore, IV services are non-refundable once initiated or prepared.
⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
🚗 Travel & Concierge Fees
Travel fees and concierge service fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
🩺 Medical Considerations (IV Services)
If an IV service cannot be completed due to medical safety concerns identified during assessment:

The IV service fee may be credited toward a future service at the provider’s discretion.

No cash refunds will be issued.
🎁 Packages & Gift Certificates

Packages and memberships are non-refundable.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be redeemed before expiration.
